Landlord's gas safety certificates
All Landlords in the UK are legally obliged under the gas safety installation and use regulations 1998 Regulation 36.
This means landlords should have all gas appliances owned by them within their properties together with pipework to be safety inspected and a landlords certificate be produced annually.

Any defects found on inspection can be rectified following the go ahead being given by the customer.
We use a computerised system ensuring you receive your certificate in a legible standard form. Although we can provide a hand written certificate if you'd prefere. The certificate can be emailed to you soon after completing the inspection, even while we are still in the property (internet dependant) We can even send you a reminder 2 weeks before your next inspection is due.
Annual Inspections and Servicing
All gas appliances should be should be inspected and serviced on a regular basis to ensure they are operating safely and efficiently. Gas safe register along with nearly all manufacturers recommend that gas appliances are inspected and serviced at least annually.

Boiler Breakdown
We offer a repair service for gas appliances that are not operating properly or have broken down. This service is for gas appliances outside of their guarantee period. For gas appliances within their guarantee period we recommend you contact the manufacturer.
